At Dotcom Property Sales we thought it was time to rethink the whole process of how a real estate office should operate. We looked at it from our client’s point of view, from a real estate agent’s point of view and from a marketing point of view and we discovered a whole new system that benefits everyone involved.
Dotcom is a boutique real estate agency, with all our licensed real estate agents (currently around 40 in the Greater Newcastle area) independently self employed and who mostly work from home. This means that we don't have the large overheads (Rent, Payroll, Running costs etc) that the typical shop-front real estate agency has. In that way we can offer our thousands of happy vendors very much LOWER COSTS OF SALE for their property, while at the same time providing first rate service and face-to-face contact. We combine as a team to give all our clients the best possible advice, service and results.
